Answer incoming customer inquiries

Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies


  • Greet and interact with customers via phone, text, and email
  • Set appointments for customers to test-drive vehicles
  • Assist in directing customers to the dealership
  • Effectively communicate customers needs/questions to correct department
  • Follow up with customers in a timely manner


  • Professional and friendly phone skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Organized and able to multi-task
  • Excellent computer skills
