911 Emergency Dispatcher

Hours /Shift – Full time 80 hours every 2 weeks
Pay: $18.52 per hour
Hiring three positions for nights- 6p-6a
On location training- up to 25 weeks
Description- answering emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching first responders (police, fire, ems) to all of Harrison County. Prioritizing calls, entering the calls into the dispatch cad system. Paperwork (entering, filing, organizing) Providing and insuring the units and communities’ safety. Multitasking call taking, listening and typing skills a must!
Age- 21 years or older
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
Potentially take a polygraph test
