Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter/Laborer to join our team. As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to painting and general labor duties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding as necessary
– Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
– Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
– Repair damaged walls, ceilings, or other surfaces prior to painting
– Assist with general labor duties such as moving materials, setting up equipment, and cleaning work areas
– Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Painter/Laborer or similar role
– Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
– Familiarity with concrete finishing, construction estimating, carpentry, drywall installation, stucco application, caulking, plastering, maintenance person tasks, and renovation work is a plus
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.03 – $24.10 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
