Blue River Services, Inc. (BRS) is a private not for profit organization founded in 1959 by six families that believed that all people are capable of learning when given the opportunity and appropriate support services. With this guiding philosophy for over 60 years the services we provide have expanded to meet the needs of our community and address barriers to independence for people with and without disabilities. BRS strives to reach its motto of “People Serving People” by providing exceptional services that cover a wide spectrum; across all ages from infants to seniors, in all areas of life and levels of ability, from most to least restrictive. Job Skills / Requirements

Needed at Youth Shelters in Corydon. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Individuals must be able to read, comprehend and apply agency-specific goal oriented services to adolescents and young adults in a group home setting. Positions require competent computer, communication and documentation skills, along with the ability to establish trusting relationships with youth and their families. Must be at least 21 years of age. Shifts available : 2nd and 3rd.

$350 Sign-on Bonus eligible position.  Must be scheduled a minimum of 20 hours per week.
