ROLE DESCRIPTION: The crew member is a full-time/part-time, on-site role located in Corydon, IN. This role is responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, operating the register, and handling transactions accurately. Day-to-Day tasks include preparing food and beverages according to McDonald’s standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and restocking supplies as needed. Crew Members follow safety and sanitation guidelines, support team members during busy periods, and assist with setting the next shift up for success. This position requires working collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver a positive guest experience and uphold company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to provide courteous customer service, communicate clearly, and interact professionally with guests and team members.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, including reliability, flexibility with scheduling, and willingness to assist in various tasks.

Basic math and cash handling skills, with attention to detail when operating a register and processing transactions.

Capacity to stand for extended periods, lift and carry light to moderate loads, and work in fast paced environment while following safety procedures.

Willingness to learn food preparation, sanitation standards, and company procedures; prior experience helpful but not required.

Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and readiness to follow instructions and company policies.

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is preferred.
