Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, ensuring beverage service meets our high standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and with a friendly demeanor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bartending role within a restaurant, bar, or casual dining environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, brewing techniques, and beer styles is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and cash handling.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate cash management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude to engage with customers effectively.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Certification in food handling or responsible beverage service is desirable but not mandatory.
