Jacobi Sales in Palmyra is looking for a Parts Specialist to join our team! As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, processing parts orders and other duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their parts needs in-person, over the phone, or via email
• Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory records
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient repairs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
