Blue River Services, Inc. (BRS) is a private not for profit organization founded in 1959 by six families that believed that all people are capable of learning when given the opportunity and appropriate support services. With this guiding philosophy for over 60 years the services we provide have expanded to meet the needs of our community and address barriers to independence for people with and without disabilities. Our agency currently offers services through 13 departments. BRS provides services in 30 Southern Indiana Counties to more than 20,000 individuals each year. Job Skills / Requirements

Full-time position available, providing supervision and instruction to adults with disabilities in a group home setting. High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent preferred. Valid driver’s license. We will train. Examples of duties include assisting with shopping, preparing meals, and general housekeeping. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more. Shift Differentials:  Additional $1.00 for weekends.

W  9p-9a

Sun  9a-9p

OR

M-F  3p-9p

Overtime hours currently available (though not guaranteed).

$350 Sign-on Bonus eligible position.  Must be scheduled a minimum of 20 hours week for the Sign-on Bonus.

This is a Full and Part-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Sub positions and Flexible schedules available.
