Job Skills / Requirements
Housing Development Manager works directly under the Housing Director, assisting with the development of new projects and programs. Tasks included researching and gathering data for grants, completing forms as required for managing grant programs, and documenting and following-up on communications with contracted service provides. The position will be completing all accounts payable request for each housing project. Must be detailed oriented and proficient in excel.
One year experience working in a position requiring excellent customer service or human relations skills.
Monday- Friday 8:00 am -4:00 pm
