Job Title: Screen Printer
Location: Corydon, IN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Are you an experienced screen printer looking for your next opportunity in a team-oriented environment? We’re looking for a Screen Printer with at least two years of hands-on experience in screen printing and heat press operations to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate screen printing, heat press, and embroidery equipment to fulfill job tickets.
Follow safety procedures and ensure the proper use of materials and supplies.
Support quality control efforts to meet product specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Accurately complete job tickets and other records.
Meet production deadlines and established output rates.
Perform light maintenance on equipment.
Follow workplace rules, including breaks and confidentiality guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience operating screen printing equipment and heat presses.
Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability insurance.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.
Tolerance for working around dust, fumes, and chemical odors.
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to read and follow job tickets accurately.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a production environment.
