Role responsibilities:
Work directly with employers to help solve benefits challenges with our plans and services.
Generate sales with company provided leads, personal networking, referrals and cold calls.
Conduct engaging sales presentations and enrollments at worksites and remote environment.
Provide excellent customer service and claims support to new and existing policyholders.
Attend team meetings, product training and mentor sessions.
Qualifications:
Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills.
Entrepreneurial mind set and positive “can do” attitude.
Willingness to obtain a health and life insurance license if not currently licensed.
Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check

Pay: $57,267.27 – $68,967.04 per year
