Job Description

Oversee the spiritual needs of the youth by creating a positive environment with teaching, challenges and encouragement. You will have the opportunity to cultivate relationships with youth, volunteers and church members. You will have the chance to direct youth meetings, events and service projects.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a positive and upbeat individual who enjoys serving others. We are looking for a team player that enjoys working with other staff as well as church members. The successful candidate must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks and take responsibility for assigned area(s).

Qualifications

• Some College education or Higher preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other programs

• Experience leading youth a plus
