Lead groups of visitors on exciting underground tours of Squire Boone Caverns and assemble Rock Collections for customer purchase. Part time or full time schedules are available.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Good communication and customer service skills to lead customers thru an interpretive cavern tour.
• Packing candy in bags, tubs, boxes, and other containers with a team of packagers.
• Maintains knowledge of production processes and equipment.
• Ensures that products are identified, weighed, and stored correctly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• The ability to quickly and safely learn production operations and machinery.
• Physical ability to occasionally lift 30 lb boxes.
• Physical ability to work standing for significant periods of time.
• Physical and hand dexterity to package items in various containers.
• Must be able to traverse the production facility, climb stairs regularly, and communicate effectively with customers.
