Job Description:

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Department: Applicants will be considered for general labor positions on 2nd shift in any department that may include, but not limited to, Further Processing-Whole Bird packing, Dapec Food Service, Fryline/Dapec MRB and MRB Packout.

Position Specific: Must be willing to rotate on the line in warm/cold/wet environment.  Positions may require use of cutting tools.

New Team Members will be eligible for a Retention Bonus.  To be eligible for the retention bonus, you must remain continuously employed at the Corydon Complex through the following payout period. 

  • $1,000 – TM’s hired on or before 11/1/23 who are employed through 12/31/23.  See site for details on the Relocation Incentive Program once the Complex is closed. 

 This facility accepts rehires after 180 days and only if the applicant has not worked more than two previous times for Tyson.  Tyson reserves the right to require longer waiting periods or not accept rehires based on the reason for dismissal.
