Sales Counter Position

We need someone that has a friendly demeanor and works well with the public. Someone that would enjoy working in a small locally owned business atmosphere and enjoys the small community environment.

We do not require candidates to be knowledgeable in automotive service or tires. On the job training will be provided.

The following outlines the knowledge you will acquire while working at Trusty Tire.

1.     Use of our point-of-sale software to check in and cash out customers.

2.     Receive and enter inventory.

3.     The differences in the many brands of tires and the even bigger differences in the sizes.

4.     Greet, process the needs of, and check out a customer.

5.     Process phone sales.

6.     Schedule service appointments.

7.     Coordinate with the tire technicians to ensure that our customers’ needs are being met.
