Job Skills / Requirements

Organize daily schedule of maintenance duties and coordinate information with Housing staff, maintain professional relationships with contractors, tenants and the public.  On call every other weekend for after hour tenant maintenance calls. Must have dependable transportation.  Knowledge of Housing Policies and Procedures.  High school diploma or equivalent required. One year experience working in a position that involves maintenance and apartment related.
