Job Skills / Requirements

Youth Services Program Manager: Needed full-time to manage day-to-day operations for youth shelter in Corydon.  Program serves intellectually and developmentally disabled youth. Mon.-Fri. 8am-4pm,willing to work flexible schedule and hours to meet the needs of the program, on-call 24/7.  Knowledge of state regulations affecting group homes for children helpful. Supervisory and assessment skills as well as the ability to communicate well with youth and handle multiple tasks is required.  Master’s Degree in social work or a Master’s Degree in a human service field with (1) year experience preferred.  Bachelor’s Degree in social work or in a human service field, with (2) years of experience in a supervisory capacity required.  Must be at least 21 years of age.
