Key Responsibilities
Janitorial Duties
- Clean and maintain Ramsey Water facilities
- Remove trash and recycling
- Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors
Groundskeeping Duties
- Mow designated areas of Ramsey Water property
- Trim and weed around buildings, fences, and other structures
- Assist with general outdoor upkeep and seasonal property maintenance
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Dependable with strong time-management skills
- Familiarity with mowing and trimming equipment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
