Customer Service Representative

Rotating Evening/Saturdays
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers via phone, text, and email
- Set appointments for customers to test-drive vehicles
- Assist in directing customers to the dealership
- Effectively communicate customers needs/questions to correct department
- Follow up with customers in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Professional and friendly phone skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Excellent computer skills
