The Harrison County Sheriff’s Department is accepting applications for a full-time Jail Cook position.
PAY: $19.29 per hour
BENEFIT: Employee healthcare included
SCHEDULE: Rotating 2-week schedule
Week 1
Sunday: 4:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Monday: 7:15 AM – 5:15 PM
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: 7:15 AM – 5:15 PM
Friday: 4:15 AM – 5:15 PM
Saturday: OFF
Week 2
Sunday: OFF
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: 7:15 AM – 5:15 PM
Wednesday: 4:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Thursday: OFF
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 4:45 AM – 5:15 PM
This is a full-time position responsible for preparing meals for inmates housed in the Harrison County Jail while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
