Essential Functions:

• Assist w/ medication reminders,
• Take & record automatic blood pressures,
• Make residents’ beds,
• Distributes personal & facility laundry,
• Serves meals,
• Transports/Escorts residents’ to/from areas within the facility,
• Transports/Escorts residents’ to/from scheduled medical appointments,
• Performs other tasks as assigned, &
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with standards set by facility’s policies & procedures and applicable professional standards.

Seeking: 1st Shift 6a-2p, 2nd Shift 2p-10p, 3rd Shift 10p-2a, PRN (weekend / holiday availability is required)
