Hospitality Aide / Caregiver Essential Functions include:

• Assists with medication reminders,
• Take & record automatic blood pressures,
• Makes residents’ beds,
• Distributes personal & facility laundry,
• Serves meals,
• Transports/escorts residents’ to/from areas within the facility,
• Transports/escorts residents’ to/from scheduled medical appointments,
• Performs other tasks as assigned,
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with standards set by facility’s policies & procedures and applicable professional standards.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

• Ability to work effectively with residents’ & their families,
• Ability to be patient & polite,
• Good listener,
• Builds rapport easily,
• Demonstrates willingness to learn,
• Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
