RBR Alliance is a strategic alliance between non profits Blue River Services, Inc., and Rauch, Inc. Together, all three agencies serve 30 counties in Southern Indiana by providing quality support services to individuals with disabilities. RBR Alliance provides administrative, financial, fund development, human resources, maintenance, and IT support to both Blue River and Rauch.

Properties/Maintenance Worker – RBR Alliance

Assist with routine maintenance at RBR Alliance, Rauch, and Blue River Services facilities. Perform light maintenance and upkeep of facilities. Assist with annual inspections and assure compliance with official standards of applicable regulating authorities. Assist with snow removal, maintain all lawn care equipment, provide lawn care for all facilities, giving direction to other lawn care workers.

Represent the agencies in a positive manner within the communities we serve. Follow all agency guidelines for accurate paperwork for maintenance of each facility.

Experience in properties maintenance preferred. Qualified candidates must have good assessment skills and be able to prioritize job duties. Professional and courteous interaction with co-workers and the community is a must.

Will be required to travel to all agency facilities in Southern Indiana. Full-time position, general hours are Mon-Fri, 8am to 4pm, however flexibility with schedule is required in order to address needs associated with facilities.
