Rauch is seeking a Full-time Production Technician for Rauch Inc.’s, Industrial Services department. This role works effectively to supervise and coordinate client and production activities; provides direct support to clients who are individuals with disabilities; and ensures quota and quality standards are met.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. One year of experience in an industrial setting preferred but not required. One year of college in a related area of study can be accepted in lieu of experience

Requirements: The Production Technician must hold a driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Location: New Albany, Indiana

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm

This position is eligible for a $350 sign-on bonus, if scheduled hours are 20 or more a week.
