Work Services Supervisor – Full-Time, 1st Shift

We’re seeking a Work Services Supervisor in the Industrial Operations department to provide training, supervision, and support to adults with disabilities in a positive, encouraging environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to help others learn, grow, and succeed.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide individuals in work-related activities
Teach and encourage good work habits using positive reinforcement
Implement and follow individualized service plans
Promote dignity, respect, and inclusion in the workplace

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old
Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
Ability to teach, motivate, and lead others
Initiative and reliability
Accredited high school diploma or equivalent (required)
Ability to obtain a For Hire endorsement on driver’s license (required)
No prior experience necessary — we provide paid training!
